Triton isn’t afraid to take the path less traveled. In fact, we rarely follow the crowd. We seek value, and we believe at our core that opportunity is always lurking. Our strategy is to capitalize on profitable market opportunities.
Triton is actively seeking new investment opportunities in REO’s, non-performing loans, short sales, participating equity and non-performing and performing properties.
Western United States and Michigan.
Multi-family, bulk condominiums, single family residence portfolios, finished in-fill lots, and other mixed use properties. Generally speaking, acquisition is in its “as-is” condition.
Investments generally range between $2 million and $30 million; however, Triton will consider transactions outside of this range which are compelling investments.
Triton has the ability to buy on an all-cash basis. Triton will also consider acquisitions with existing assumable mortgages.
Submissions should include (if available):
- Asking price
- Physical description
- Site plan/survey
- Detailed rent rolls and operating statements for operating properties.
