Patrick Bailey is the President and founder of Triton Properties and has been involved in numerous real estate-based investments throughout the United States. He has been responsible for the acquisition and management of over 4,000 apartment units and several mixed use and commercial properties during the last 27 years.
In addition to leading the operations of Triton, Mr. Bailey also investigates and analyzes new opportunities and oversees the acquisitions, financing, management, renovations and disposition of the group’s holdings.
Patrick is an active investor in several real estate entities with a diversified portfolio of multi-family, commercial, and land holdings. His holdings have included several thousand apartment units and commercial properties in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Southern California, and Michigan.
Mr. Bailey graduated from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada in 1986 with an Honors Business Degree.

April Sedillos joined Triton Properties in 1995. She has held several positions within Triton and from hands-on experience has gained vast knowledge of real estate transactions and management.
Ms. Sedillos currently oversees Triton’s entire Colorado residential and commercial portfolio in addition to a number of other real estate investments. She is involved in all facets of Triton’s real estate investments including property management, acquisition, disposition, property re-positioning, and overall asset management.
Ms. Sedillos has been a major contributing factor to the dramatic redevelopment along the East Colfax corridor in Denver. She currently serves as Chair of the Colfax Business Improvement District.
